It is these little, simple things that we do, things that we never think of or give a second thought that in most cases win people over to our Lord and Savior. Just think about:
And now I will show you the most excellent way. If I speak in tongues of men and of angels, but have no love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. 1 Corinthians 13:1
I once met a friend, we both come from different parts of the world, in fact where I come from we will consider such a person an outcast. Someone you will not want to be associated with because of their customs and believe.
But she was different, always a smile on her face, an encouraging word and always welcoming. Though a workmate, there was always something different and special about this person. And when the time came for me to move on to a different place, I still remember how very touching it was to see her come look for me just but to say goodbye.
Simple things.
How often do you go out of you way to say hi to your next door neighbor, workmate or stranger? More often our simple action can preach to someone more forcefully than for us dressing up every Sunday, Saturday or Friday to go to our normal places of worship.
Think about that for a moment.
